This engineer will serve as the manufacturing process expert for Power platform products and support process transfer, assembly process development, manufacturing readiness, qualification, and production ramp activities for new and existing products.\nThis role requires strong hands-on knowledge of EagleTest Power platform manufacturing processes, product configurations, assembly methods, critical-to-quality controls, tooling, test interfaces, manufacturing documentation, and production release requirements. The MFE will resolve technical and operational issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions to improve manufacturability, quality, yield, throughput, cycle time, cost, capacity, and delivery performance.\nThe MFE will own the definition, transfer, validation, stabilization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes across the Power (EagleTest) platform. The engineer will ensure that each product and configuration has released processes, capable tooling, trained resources, complete manufacturing documentation, effective quality controls, and demonstrated readiness for production release.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the manufacturing process owner and subject-matter expert for all EagleTest Power platform products and configurations, from NPI transfer through sustaining production. \nLead manufacturing readiness activities for EagleTest Power programs, including process transfer, pilot and engineering builds, process validation, product qualification, controlled release, production ramp, and handoff to sustaining operations. \nDevelop, transfer, validate, and stabilize Power platform assembly processes, tooling, fixtures, equipment, test interfaces, inspection points, process controls, and production support methods. \nCreate and maintain platform-specific manufacturing documentation, including process flows, Assembly Work Instructions, build readiness checklists, tooling requirements, inspection criteria, configuration controls, and manufacturing database content. \nAssess manufacturability through DFM/DFA and process reviews, with specific focus on yield loss, assembly defects, customer escape risk, field reliability, cycle time, throughput, labor content, tooling, equipment capability, capacity, materials, and process capability. \nLead cross-functional resolution of manufacturing issues involving Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Program Management, Product Support, and external partners. \nDefine manufacturing requirements for pilot builds, engineering builds, process validation, production qualification, and transition to sustaining manufacturing. \nEvaluate incomplete or conflicting information, apply judgment, and recommend practical solutions based on technical risk, production impact, and business priority. \nSupport successful product transfer into manufacturing by ensuring process readiness, trained resources, released documentation, available tooling, material readiness, and clear ownership of open actions. \nShare manufacturing methods, NPI practices, documentation requirements, and structured problem-solving approaches with engineers and cross-functional partners. \nRole Expectations\nApplies complete knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles, NPI execution, process development, assembly methods, tooling, and production readiness. \nWorks on problems of diverse scope where analysis requires evaluation of technical, operational, quality, cost, and schedule factors. \nDevelops solutions using limited information, precedent, data, engineering judgment, and practical manufacturing experience. \nManages day-to-day assignments with appropriate guidance and escalates critical milestones, technical risks, and release-readiness issues when support or decisions are needed. \nBuilds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicates manufacturing requirements clearly to cross-functional teams. \nAll About You\nWe seek individuals who share our passion for excellence and are motivated to support leaders in delivering outstanding business results.\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. \nManufacturing engineering experience in complex electromechanical equipment, semiconductor test systems, ATE, or an equivalent high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment. \nRequired: demonstrated hands-on expertise in Power (EagleTest) platform manufacturing, including product configurations, assembly sequence, critical processes, tooling and fixtures, test interfaces, quality controls, common failure modes, troubleshooting, and production release requirements. \nStrong working knowledge of DFM/DFA, root cause analysis, corrective action, process capability, yield improvement, cycle time reduction, tooling readiness, and manufacturing documentation control. \nAbility to analyze complex manufacturing issues, evaluate multiple factors, and recommend sound technical and operational decisions with limited supervision. \nExperience working with cross-functional and global teams across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Program Management, and external manufacturing partners. \nExperience leading manufacturing process development, product transfer, pilot builds, validation, qualification, and production ramp for complex
