trade-off analysis, project scheduling, and change management\nEffectively collaborate with supply base to arrive at economically viable solutions\nDevelop industry-leading Platform products based on sound engineering principles that:\nInclude scalable electro-mechanical architectures\nProvide signal delivery solutions for precision electro-mechanical docking systems\nProvide the highest reliability in various thermal operating environments\nConsider end-user constraints, cost, and time to market\nDeliver solutions for the latest generation of advanced semiconductor testing\nLong-term expectations include:\nParticipate and influence the development of long-term technical capability roadmaps\nContribute as a subject matter expert for platform considerations, challenges, and solutions\nRoutinely create innovative ideas, intellectual property, technical publications, or presentations\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 8 years of related experience with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, or 6 years with an MS\nProficiency in CAD/FEA tools such as SOLIDWORKS, Solidworks Simulation, Ansys, and PDM systems\nStrong knowledge of GD&T standards and tolerance loop analysis\nEffective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and presentations\nCompetent in complex problem-solving/troubleshooting for both components and subsystems\nExperience leading cross-functional teams and complex design reviews\nWorking knowledge of SEMI standards is a
