They possess extensive technical expertise and problem-solving skills to manage complex engineering challenges throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept to production.\nPerform advanced engineering tasks, including creating 3D models, detailed drawings, and schematics using SolidWorks. \nConduct analyses such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to evaluate designs for performance, reliability, and safety.\nManage all stages of a project, from budgeting and scheduling to coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. \nServe as a technical leader, mentor junior engineers and technicians, and conduct design reviews to ensure quality.\nOversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial design concepts through prototyping, testing, validation, and transfer to manufacturing. \nProvide technical support to manufacturing and production teams.\nInvestigate system/equipment failures and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues to diagnose faulty operations and recommend effective remedies. Identify opportunities for design improvements and cost-saving measures.\nWork with cross-functional teams, including electrical, software, and project management, to ensure successful project integration and completion.
