customers, and resolve problems at customer sites\nResponsibilities\nManages customer requests, product escalations, and service emergencies\nProvide product support to new installations, and all active installed base\nSupport Engineering with customer floor plan and first site kit development\nCoordination with Test Cell Partners (Probers / Handlers / Manipulators / etc.)\nCoordinate and support PUP and PIP activities at international sites as needed\nParticipate in new product definition and coordinate EHS requirements between Engineering and Customers\nLead new product installation and ensure successful bring up of new products\nCreate and provide Product Training Documents and Procedures to field team\nLeading the collection, summary, analysis, corrective actions, and reporting of data in alignment with Engineering, Operations, and Sales.\nCreate customer facing failure analysis or failure investigation progress reports\nTravel for training, support, and installation activities worldwide\nOther product support and customer support assignments as required\nEducation\n- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics or equivalent
