requests, product escalations, and service emergencies\nCoordinate product upgrade strategy and spare level planning activities\nProvide product support to all active installed base\nSupport of new and existing mechanical interface products \nSupport Engineering with customer floor planning\nLeading the collection, summary, analysis, corrective actions, and reporting of data in alignment with Engineering, Operations, and Sales.\nCoordination with Test Cell Partners (Probers / Handlers / Manipulators / etc.)\nCreate and provide Product Training Documents and Procedures to field team\nCoordinate and support PUP and PIP activities at international sites as needed\nTravel for Training, Support, and Installation Activities Worldwide\nParticipate in new product definition and coordinate EHS requirements between Engineering and Customers\nOther product support and customer support assignments as required\nAll About You\nMinimum 5years of technical support/product support/service experience in the semiconductor test industry\nStrong communication, organizational and multi-tasking ability, oral English communication skills is required.\nAbility and track record
