We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team - one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.\nOpportunity Overview\nCreates and implements support plan for customer in conjunction with cross functional groups and customer maintenance team with objectives of reducing equipment downtime and maintenance cost.\nPerform system installation, PM, calibration, retrofit, training and troubleshooting.\nEscalates service problem and take ownership of problem until it is resolved.\nProvides technical expertise and value to customers.\nProvides answers to customer inquiries concerning system.\nProvides hardware development and consultation.\nMore senior levels may provide recommendations/inputs into the next generation product development.\nAll About You\nWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination.
