Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\n8+ years of professional software development experience.\nExpert-level proficiency in C++ and/or C# with strong object-oriented design and programming skills.\nStrong experience developing software that interfaces directly with hardware, including FPGA-, ASIC-, or instrument-based systems.\nSolid hands-on experience with .NET application development.\nStrong understanding of software quality practices, including unit testing, automated testing, and continuous integration methodologies.\nProficiency in Windows application development and debugging using Microsoft Visual Studio.\nStrong knowledge of the C++ Standard Template Library (STL) and modern C++ development practices.\nExperience with source code management and collaborative development tools, including Git/GitLab, code review processes, and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience using Jira or similar Agile project management tools for requirement tracking, sprint planning, and issue management.\nDemonstrated experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineering teams.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to cross-functional teams.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.\nGood command of written and spoken English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExtensive experience collaborating with hardware engineering teams, including interpreting schematics, hardware specifications, and design documentation.\nExperience developing Windows device drivers, particularly using the Kernel-Mode Driver Framework (KMDF).\nStrong understanding of Windows operating system internals and low-level system programming.\nProven track record of successfully delivering commercial products to customers.\nExperience with instrument control, measurement systems, or test equipment software development.\nExperience in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems, preferably in semiconductor memory testing.\nExperience developing Windows-based GUI applications using WPF, MFC, or similar frameworks.\nNice-to-Have Skills\nMulti-threaded and high-performance software development.\nSoftware architecture and system-level design experience.\nExperience with distributed systems, data analytics, or test data processing.\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.\nFamiliarity with semiconductor test
