The Technical Writer partners with subject matter experts and process owners to produce clear, accurate, and controlled documents that support operational excellence and compliance requirements.\nWrite and revise procedures, work instructions, forms, templates, guides, and general GCS process documentation.\nPartner with subject matter experts and process owners to document operational and business processes.\nTranslate technical information into clear, accurate, and easy-to-use documents.\nUse approved document templates, formats, structures, terminology, and document control requirements.\nMaintain consistent wording and structure across published documents.\nPrepare documents for review, approval, release, publication, and scheduled review.\nMaintain document revisions, version history, status, and related records.\nProvide and organize documentation needed for audits and compliance activities.\nConfirm that documents are current, complete, properly controlled, and audit ready.\nCreate job aids, quick references, presentations, training materials, and communication aids.\nSupport process rollout, awareness, and internal compliance documentation needs.\nImprove document clarity, readability, usability, accuracy, and consistency.\nContribute to documentation cleanup, standardization, and migration projects.\nRecommend improvements to document quality, effectiveness, and management practices.\nAll About You\nWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination. If you're ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position.\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, English, Information Management, Technical Writing, or a related field.\nAt least 3 years of experience in technical writing, documentation management, document control, quality systems, process documentation, or a related role.\nExperience working in manufacturing, engineering, field service, quality, compliance, or regulated environments is preferred.\nExperience supporting ISO-based management systems is an advantage.\nStrong written and spoken English communication skills.\nSolid technical writing and document formatting ability.\nStrong attention to detail and document accuracy.\nWorking proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.\nAbility to organize and manage multiple documents, priorities, and tasks.\nGeneral understanding of process documentation and workflow concepts.\nExperience with SharePoint or other document management systems is preferred.\nFamiliarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 17025, or similar standards is preferred.\nExperience developing training or communication materials is preferred.\nKnowledge of document control and revision management practices is preferred.\nDemonstrated competencies in written communication, documentation management, organization and planning, collaboration, customer focus, continuous improvement, and learning agility.\nWe are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.
