Working under close supervision, the incumbent executes established test procedures, records results, and supports manufacturing and engineering teams in ensuring products meet quality and performance requirements.\nThis role is ideal for individuals beginning their technical manufacturing career who are eager to develop knowledge of test systems, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and quality processes. The Test Technician 1 applies basic technical knowledge while following established procedures and guidelines to support production, quality, and customer requirements. The role aligns with an entry-level position focused on learning professional concepts and applying basic problem-solving techniques within defined procedures.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform functional, electrical, mechanical, and system-level testing in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.\nExecute routine troubleshooting activities and escalate complex issues to engineers, senior technicians, or supervisors.\nSet up, operate, and maintain test equipment, fixtures, and supporting hardware.\nRecord test data accurately and maintain required production and quality documentation.\nIdentify product defects, test failures, and nonconforming conditions and report findings to appropriate personnel.\nVerify products meet quality, reliability, and performance requirements before shipment.\nSupport engineering and manufacturing teams during product builds, validation activities, and process improvements.\nFollow all ESD, safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.\nParticipate in 5S, continuous improvement, and workplace organization initiatives.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nWork collaboratively with Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to achieve operational objectives.\nAll About You\nWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination.
