This role supports manufacturing and engineering operations by ensuring products meet established quality, reliability, and performance requirements.\nWorking closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams, the Test Technician executes test procedures, investigates product issues, analyzes results, and supports corrective actions. The position requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform functional, electrical, and system-level testing of products and assemblies.\nExecute approved test procedures and work instructions.\nTroubleshoot test failures and identify root causes.\nDocument test results, defects, repairs, and corrective actions.\nSupport calibration, maintenance, and verification of test equipment.\nAssist engineering teams with product validation and process improvement activities.\nVerify compliance with specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing requirements.\nMaintain accurate records and reports related to testing activities.\nSupport new product introductions, engineering builds, and sustaining production efforts.\nFollow all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures.\nAll About You\nAssociate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.\nExperience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, repair, manufacturing support, or related technical work is preferred.\nAbility to read and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.\nFamiliarity with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, and automated test systems.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to identify, isolate, and resolve technical issues efficiently.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency with computer applications used for data collection, reporting, and documentation.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.\nWe are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.\nThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.\nWe are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
