This position supports production objectives by ensuring products meet established quality and performance requirements. The role follows documented procedures, work instructions, and quality standards while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity expectations.\nPerform functional testing of assemblies, subassemblies, and finished products using approved test equipment and procedures.\nConduct basic troubleshooting and repair of products that fail testing.\nIdentify, document, and escalate recurring product or process issues to engineering or support teams.\nRecord test and repair results accurately in applicable systems and production records.\nFollow manufacturing procedures, workmanship standards, and quality requirements.\nSupport production schedules by processing units within established cycle time and productivity goals.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards.\nParticipate in continuous improvement activities that enhance quality, efficiency, and workplace safety.\nAdhere to all company policies, environmental, health and safety requirements, and operational procedures.\nAll About You\nWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination.
