You'll work alongside the entire Teragen team on the day-to-day work of building advanced SOFC cells and stacks: powder and ink formulation, forming, coating, and sintering, with a particular focus on developing and scaling single cells, seal and interconnects.\nWhat You’ll Do\nHelp develop and drive fabrication of Teragen's advanced SOFC cells, including powder and ink formulation, forming, coating, and sintering.\n\nDevelop, test, and scale manufacturing processes that improve performance, repeatability, and yield.\n\nWork alongside our Materials Engineer to invent and refine seal, interconnect, and interface materials for next-generation stacks.\n\nBuild processes that don't just work once-they work every time-and document them so the entire team can build on your work.\n\nHelp transition fabrication from research methods to robust, scalable manufacturing.\n\nHow We Work\nDecisions here are driven by data, not seniority or consensus. You will be trusted to work autonomously while keeping your work visible, documented, and impactful to the team.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBS or MS or PhD degree plus 2-6+ years of experience in ceramic engineering, material process engineering or SOFC fabrication. Exceptional candidates at any level are encouraged to apply - hands-on, self-motivated, and curiosity an absolute must.\n\nExperience with ceramic processing such as tape casting, screen printing, slurry formulation, sintering, extrusion, or related manufacturing techniques.\n\nA true maker mentality; you'd rather build something, learn from it, and iterate than spend weeks debating the perfect approach.\n\nCuriosity and initiative. You naturally identify problems, propose ideas, and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.\n\nStrong experimental discipline.
