You will be accountable for the delivery of data and data products to customers, including performing data quality and coverage reviews, investigating discrepancies, and supporting customer inquiries related to data deliveries.\nThis is a great opportunity to build and develop your data analytics experience while interacting with key internal and external stakeholders as part of a bright and dynamic Data Solutions and Delivery team.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nData Delivery (50%)\nReview customer contracts and requirements to understand the scope of deliverables\n\nRetrieve data from various sources, including relational databases, files and data lakes\n\nPerform data manipulations using SQL or Excel\n\nValidate deliverables for completeness, accuracy and consistency prior to release\n\nPackage data and data products for delivery\n\nTransfer data and data products to customers using secure file transfer or other approved delivery tools\n\nProvide billing support to Finance partners\n\nCreate and maintain documentation for data delivery processes and procedures\n\nData Quality (30%)\nReview data quality and coverage against predefined quality measures\n\nIdentify and investigate data inconsistencies, gaps and other quality issues\n\nAnalyze data from multiple sources to validate accuracy, completeness and coverage\n\nPerform data fixes using SQL or Excel\n\nExtract data from various sources, including paper records, scanned documents, websites and databases\n\nResearch and obtain data from additional sources, including open-data sources\n\nCustomer Support (20%)\nProvide front-line support for customer inquiries and requests\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to data deliveries and data products\n\nCoordinate required setup and administrative activities for customer accounts\n\nCommunicate with customers and internal partners regarding data deliveries, requirements and issues\n\nCoordinate with internal teams as needed to investigate and resolve customer issues\n\nCreate and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures\n\nAbout You\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience\n\nMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data operations or a related role\n\nProficiency in SQL, Excel and Access\n\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify and investigate data inconsistencies\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\n\nStrong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage recurring deliverables and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders\n\nExposure to Python, Tableau or other data and reporting tools is considered an asset\n\nLet’s Talk Pay\nWe believe in being upfront about pay and helping you make informed decisions about your career.
