Working closely with Senior Construction Project Managers, Project Managers, Development Managers, Real Estate and Utility teams, you will support site development campaigns and advanced development & construction activities across a portfolio of select sites. This includes permitting, utility interconnection, engineering and design, and construction contractor engagement.\nYou bring a foundational background in engineering, construction management, or site development - and you're eager to grow it. You think critically, communicate clearly, and can move fluidly between quantitative analysis and external stakeholder engagement. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects with competing priorities.\nIn this role, you will develop proficiency in project controls tools including Procore and Smartsheets, supporting Senior PMs in the management of project schedules, budgets, and reporting.
