This role sits at the intersection of administrative excellence and field service support, ensuring that our internal systems and processes are maintained with high accuracy. You will be a key point of contact for vendor coordination and financial workflows, directly enabling the scalability of our EV charging network. This is an ideal role for someone who is developing in their career who is highly reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to gain exposure to how an EV infrastructure provider’s operations, facilities and field service teams operate.\nReporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role works in close collaboration with site and field operations teams.\nCore Responsibilities\nFacilities Management & Financial Support\nProcess and manage invoice approvals, ensuring accuracy and timely routing for payment through the appropriate accounting channels.\n\nCoordinate documentation, communication, and contract administration with vendor managers for site-specific services.\n\nData Integrity\nMaintain and update digital records to track new site activations and critical operational milestones.\n\nSupport sales and operations teams with data hygiene, workflow improvements, and custom report generation.\n\nField Service Support:\nTrack inventory, create and manage purchase orders from initiation through receipt and reconciliation, coordinating between site operations and accounting.\n\nAdminister Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes, including all necessary documentation and vendor coordination for faulty equipment.\n\nCustomer Success Support\nAssist with onboarding new customers.\n\nDocument onboarding procedures to ensure a consistent and scalable customer experience.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n2-4 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or back-office support role, preferably within clean energy, facilities management, or logistics.\n\nStrong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.\n\nHigh proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar).\n\nHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage records, maintain data hygiene, and run basic reports.\n\nFamiliarity with purchase order workflows, inventory management systems, or procurement processes.\n\nClear and professional communicator who can work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Field Operations teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nEntrepreneurial mindset;
