technical training or HVAC trade school preferred.\nProven HVAC experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or data center environments.\nStrong knowledge of HVAC equipment, refrigeration systems, electrical components, and automated controls.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.\nExperience using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and maintenance technologies.\nStrong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work safely in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying environmental conditions.\nWillingness to participate in on-call rotations, emergency response activities, and shift coverage as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications\nEPA Section 608 Certification.\nHVAC trade certification, apprenticeship completion, or state HVAC licensing.\nOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.\nExperience supporting mission-critical facilities, data centers, industrial plants, or high-reliability operations.\nExperience with automation systems (BAS), environmental monitoring systems, and advanced HVAC controls.\nKnowledge of chilled water systems, CRAC/CRAH units, and data center cooling technologies.\nWork Environment\nIndoor and outdoor work in varying temperatures and weather conditions\nExposure to electrical systems, moving equipment, noise, and chemicals\nMay require overtime, on-call shifts, and emergency response\nPhysically demanding work including lifting, climbing, and prolonged standing\nWhat We Offer (Total Rewards Package)\nWe take care of the team powering the future.
