The position supports purchase order processing, supplier onboarding, bid evaluation, commercial negotiations, contract administration, supplier performance, and procurement process improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nSource and procure materials, equipment, and services that support operational and project requirements.\nPrepare, process, and maintain purchase orders and related procurement documentation.\nMonitor supplier performance in areas including cost, quality, delivery, responsiveness, and compliance with contractual obligations.\nLead or support commercial negotiations involving pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, warranties, and other commercial terms within established authority levels.\nCoordinate contractual and legal matters with management and Legal, as appropriate.\nSupport supplier onboarding, qualification, due diligence, and the collection and maintenance of required vendor documentation.\nDevelop and maintain productive relationships with vendors and contractors.\nPartner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, and other teams to understand and fulfill purchasing needs.\nMaintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, purchase orders, and contract documentation.\nIdentify opportunities to improve procurement processes, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.\nPerform other related duties as assigned. \nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Contract Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.\nAt least three years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or a related area.\nExperience with supplier management, sourcing processes, contract negotiation, and contract administration.\nStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate and complete documentation.\nProficiency with procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.\nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment\nThe position regularly requires communication and the use of hands or fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls. It may occasionally require standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and lifting or moving up to 40 pounds. The typical noise level is low to moderate.
