Support Sustainability.\nTo provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support for the company's established Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems. The role will maintainrecords, organise E activities, monitoractions and support compliance, with particular supportfor ISO 9001, ISO 14001and ISO 45001. Working under the direction of the Quality and Health & Safety Managers, the postholder will help keep the systems organised, current and effective. \nWhat You'll Be Doing\nCoordinate and maintain QHSE documents, records, registers, databases and compliance evidence. \nProvide administrative support for the established ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, including document control and audit preparation. \nCoordinate internal audit and inspection schedules, assist with audits and inspections, and maintain the resulting records. \nMonitor actions from audits, incidents, complaints, non-conformances, management reviews and improvement activities, following up updates and escalating overdue actions. \nAssist with investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions and effectiveness checks under the direction of the relevant manager. \nMaintain risk assessments, COSHH assessments, training records and other QHSE control records. \nCoordinate routine activities such as inductions, awareness sessions, fire drills, equipment checks and applicable environmental monitoring. \nCollect and organise quality, safety and environmental data for KPI reports, meetings and management updates. \nProvide QHSE information and practical administrative support to employees, field engineers, customers, suppliers and contractors as required. \nSupport compliance with legal, regulatory, customer and company requirements, referring significant issues to the relevant manager. \nArrange meetings, prepare information packs, record actions and maintain follow-up trackers. \nSupport audits, inspections, training and improvement activities at other company locations, including Gloucester and Nottingham. \nDevelop and propose an annual HSE action plan, working with site management to prioritise initiatives and ensure a proactive safety culture is embedded within the organisation. \nWhat You'll Bring\nStrong organisation, administration and prioritisation skills. \nAccurate record keeping and attention to detail. \nClear written and verbal communication across operational and management teams. \nAbility to coordinate activities, monitor deadlines and follow actions through to completion. \nPractical problem-solving and confidence escalating concerns when required. \nWorking knowledge of quality, health, safety and environmental management principles and relevant UK legislation. \nUnderstanding ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.\nKnowledge of document control, internal auditing, risk assessment, COSHH and corrective-action processes. \nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.\nQualifications and Experience Required\nRelevant experience in Quality, Health, Safety and/or Environmental coordination or administrative role within an operational environment. \nExperience maintaining management-system records, audit evidence, action trackers and compliance documentation.\n\nNEBOSH General Certificate (desirable).\n\nInternal Auditor qualification or practical auditing experience for ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 (desirable).\nA recognised health and safety, environmental and
