This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience across all areas of warehouse operations while working towards a Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship.\nYou'll receive structured training and support, developing the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to become a successful warehouse professional. From receiving goods and managing stock to picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders, you'll play an important role in keeping our operations running efficiently while building a rewarding career for the future.\nThis apprenticeship combines hands-on workplace learning with college attendance one day per month. Throughout the programme, you'll build your apprenticeship portfolio and prepare for your End Point Assessment (EPA).\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLoading and unloading goods and deliveries safely and efficiently.\n\nChecking incoming stock for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.\n\nStoring goods correctly within designated warehouse locations.\n\nMoving stock throughout the warehouse by hand, using lifting equipment, or forklift trucks where appropriate.\n\nEntering stock and inventory data into warehouse management systems.\n\nSupporting stock counts and inventory checks as required.\n\nPicking and packing orders accurately for customers and external engineers.\n\nPreparing deliveries for dispatch and ensuring goods reach the correct destination.\n\nEnsuring products are packaged securely and shipped damage-free.\n\nMaintaining accurate warehouse records and paperwork.Keeping warehouse areas clean, organised, and safe.\n\nFollowing company procedures and health and safety requirements.\n\nWorking collaboratively with colleagues to support operational and customer requirements.\n\nAttending apprenticeship training and completing coursework as required.\n\nBuilding evidence towards your apprenticeship qualification and End Point Assessment.\n\nTaking on a variety of tasks to develop a broad understanding of warehouse operations.\n\nWhat principles.\n\nExperience using warehouse and stock management systems.\n\nGoods receipting, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch procedures.\n\nWarehouse health and safety best practices.\n\nThe importance of accuracy, efficiency, and customer service within a supply chain environment.\n\nProfessional communication and teamwork skills.\n\nA recognised Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative qualification.\n\nQualifications Required\nGCSE Mathematics (Grade C / 4 or above) or equivalent preferred.\n\nGCSE English (Grade C / 4 or above) or equivalent preferred.\n\nIf English and Maths qualifications are not already held, they must be achieved before completion of the End Point Assessment.\n\nAn interest in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.\n\nPrevious warehouse
