As a family-owned business, we are driven by integrity, quality, innovation, and teamwork in everything we do.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Aftersales team in Malaysia.\nIn this role, you will provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and repair services at customer depots, ensuring equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and feeding back improvements to the business.\nKey Responsibilities\nRespond to customer service calls and carry out on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs\nDiagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults\nPerform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to maximise equipment uptime\nPrepare accurate service reports and maintain job documentation\nProvide technical guidance and support to customers\nIdentify recurring issues and feedback improvements to Engineering and Production teams\nEnsure all work complies with safety and quality standards\nRepresent the company professionally while working remotely at customer sites\nWork flexibly, including travel (~50%) and out-of-hours support where required\nSupport colleagues and undertake additional duties as required by management \nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience & Knowledge\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in waste equipment, heavy machinery, or related industry\nStrong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems\nKnowledge of diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals \nQualifications\nValid GDL driving licence (below 25 tons)\nDiploma in Engineering or related field (advantageous)\nSkills & Attributes\nStrong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset\nAbility to work independently in field-based environments\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills\nHigh level of professionalism,
