or procurement/sourcing experience focused on direct materials.\nExperience within Integral Commodity categories such as wire harnesses, batteries, controllers, cable systems, hoses, electromechanical components, or related industrial products.\nExperience working with global suppliers within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong procurement and strategic sourcing expertise for direct materials.\nUnderstanding of Make-versus-Buy analysis and sourcing strategies.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.\nSelf-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently and drive results.\nStrong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional and global initiatives.\nProven supplier management and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve outcomes that align with business objectives while maintaining strong supplier relationships.\nTechnical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.\nAdvanced analytical capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nTravel Requirements\nMust be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.
