We're committed to excellence in everything we do, and we're seeking talented individuals who share our passion and values to join our team.\nMain Duties & Responsibilities\nProvide a world-class level of Customer Service.\nProvide effective customer solutions.\nManage dealer orders and parts Helpdesk tickets.\nAddress pricing and availability enquiries.\nLiaise with internal departments and external suppliers.\nCommunicate efficiently and professionally with the dealer network, acting primarily as a virtual assistant.\nParticipate in customer service calls and identify areas for improvement.\nWork as part of a team.\nProcess sales orders, returns, and service requests with accuracy and efficiency.\nMonitor open orders and follow up on pending items to ensure timely fulfilment.\nBasic Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.
