We continually invest in our team members by providing ongoing technical training to develop your skills and grow our business.\nWhat you’ll do\nAdhere to Terex safety policies and procedures\nFollow and promote The Terex Way Values\nWork on a wide array of equipment including truck mounted aerial platforms, digger derricks and cranes\nTroubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical systems\nConveys information to fellow Terex team members as appropriate\nMeet or exceed the training requirements for self-development during the year\nUtilize current technology to support everyday work functions\nWhat you’ll bring\nHigh school diploma or GED\nBasic set of mechanical tools (sockets, wrenches, and battery-operated impact gun)\nA minimum of 2 years of experience working with heavy machinery and/or utility equipment\nWillingness to submit for pre-employment background check and drug screening\nOther Skills & Abilities\n5+ years in a similar field\nExcellent communication skills: both oral and written\nBasic computer skills\nExperience with utility-type equipment, along with Genie &/or JLG\nExtensive knowledge of Terex Products: e.g Hi-Ranger, Telelect\nFluid Power Society certification\nAbility to work in a team-based, safety-focused workplace\nAble to work in a fast-paced environment\nOther Working Conditions\nAbility to stand on concrete 8+ hours per shift\nAble to climb ladders and over and under vehicles.\nTolerable to heights\nWhy Join Us\nWe are a global company, and our culture is defined by our Values - Integrity, Respect, Improvement, Servant Leadership, Courage, and Citizenship.
