This position performs manufacturing, installation, quality inspection, troubleshooting, inventory control, and continuous improvement activities while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.\n*May require up to 30 days of Travel for Training Purposes*\nKey Responsibilities:\nRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, sketches, templates, and work instructions.\n\nAssemble, mount, adjust, and install mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, fiberglass, and vehicle components.\n\nSet up and utilize jigs, fixtures, hand tools, power tools, hoists, and manufacturing equipment.\n\nPerform repetitive assembly operations while meeting production and quality standards.\n\nConduct quality inspections and ensure assemblies meet specifications before advancing the next operation.\n\nTroubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and assembly-related issues.\n\nAssist with rework as required.\n\nMaintain and control parts inventory as needed.\n\nManufacturer or install components according to established procedures and specifications.\n\nFollow 5S practices and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.\n\nUtilize computer systems and applications to support production processes.\n\nAdhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and promote company values.\n\nWork effectively as part of a team to achieve production goals.\n\nQualifications:\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\n\nExperience\n0-3 years of manufacturing, assembly, installation, construction, fabrication, mechanical, or related experience preferred.\n\nKnowledge and Skills:\nMechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to read and understand blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and written instructions.\n\nExperience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.\n\nBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.\n\nAbility to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.\n\nKnowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, fabrication, or vehicle assembly is preferred.\n\nAbility to identify safety hazards and take appropriate corrective actions.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.\n\nAbility to lift up to 40 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance or lifting equipment.\n\nAbility to perform repetitive motions involving hands, arms, and shoulders.\n\nAbility to work in overhead, bending, stooping, crouching, and confined-space positions.\n\nAbility to work under, on, and around equipment, truck chassis, and manufactured products.\n\nAbility to safely operate manufacturing tools and equipment.\n\nWork Environment:\nManufacturing and production facility environment.\n\nExposure to noise, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures.\n\nUse of required personal protective equipment (PPE).\n\nOvertime may be required based on business needs.\n\nCore Expectations:\nMaintain a positive attitude and strong teamwork approach.\n\nDemonstrate commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.\n\nWhy Join Us\nWe are a global company, and our culture is defined by our Values - Integrity, Respect, Improvement, Servant Leadership, Courage, and Citizenship.
