We're committed to excellence in everything we do, and we're seeking talented individuals who share our passion and values to join our team.\nRole Purpose\nThe Process Technician serves as the primary on-production technical resource, supporting Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale (SQDCM) through hands-on troubleshooting, process standardization, coaching, and continuous improvement. This role acts as a key connection between production teams, engineering, and leadership to stabilize processes, resolve issues quickly, and drive sustainable improvements.\nWhat you’ll do\nServe as the on floor process expert, providing day to day coaching, guidance, and direction to production team members and acting as the first point of escalation for production process issues. Team members do not directly report to this role.\nSupport and monitor production processes to ensure safe, effective, and efficient operation of production lines.\nIdentify, lead, and implement process improvements that positively impact safety, quality, delivery, and cost, with a focus on throughput, standard work, and process stability.\nPerform advanced troubleshooting of production processes and Terex products, prioritizing safe operation, rapid containment, and permanent corrective actions.\nActively participate in Daily Tier Meetings providing technical input, process insight, and follow up actions.\nMonitor production lines to ensure developing problems are identified, escalated, and resolved as quickly as possible.\nCreate, maintain, and update process documentation, including standard work, work instructions, and testing procedures.\nAssist with line layout changes, tooling improvements, and workstation optimization.\nSupport resolution of quality issues, including containment, rework coordination, root cause identification, and periodic quality inspections.\nIdentify cost saving opportunities and efficiency improvements through waste reduction, method improvements, and better use of materials and time.\nProvide production coverage as needed, including temporary assignment to other areas of the line to support value add team members during PTO, illness, or absences.\nSupport team engagement and morale by addressing process issues constructively and communicating improvements back to team members and leadership.\nWhat you’ll bring\nSelf-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nDemonstrated decision-making skills with direct impact on production processes, product quality, environmental compliance, and the safety of plant operations and personnel.\nStrong problem-solving capability with a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement and issue prevention.\nProven ability to read, understand, and follow technical instructions and documentation, proficient math skills for technical calculations.\nAbility to document, track, and maintain accurate production and process information.\nSolid understanding of manufacturing and production processes, including safety precautions and cost-effective operations.\nAbility to learn and use various software systems.\nComfortable using hand tools and supporting mechanical or electrical testing activities as required.\nAbility to work with minimal supervision while also thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.\nWhy Join Us\nWe are a global company, and our culture is defined by our Values- Integrity, Respect, Improvement, Servant Leadership, Courage, and Citizenship.
