We're committed to excellence in everything we do, and we're seeking talented individuals who share our passion and values to join our team.\nPosition: Welder\nLocation: Dungannon\nReporting to: Production Supervisor\nHours of Wor k: 39 hours per week\nMain Duties & Responsibilities\nCarrying out welding and fabrication work in accordance with technical drawings, specifications and production requirements.\nInterpreting engineering drawings and using measurements accurately to complete work to the required standard.\nInspecting welds, cuts, joints and completed components.\nProducing consistently high-quality work while achieving agreed production targets.\nIdentifying and reporting defects, equipment issues or quality concerns promptly.\nFollowing all relevant health and safety procedures and contributing to our commitment to Zero Harm.\nMaintaining a clean, safe and organised working area.\nWorking collaboratively with colleagues across fabrication, production, quality and other support functions.\nContributing ideas and participating in continuous-improvement activities.\nCarrying out any other reasonable duties associated with the role.\nExperience and Qualifications\nPrevious welding or fabrication experience within an engineering, manufacturing or production environment.\nThe ability to read and work accurately from engineering or technical drawings.\nPractical experience using measurements and inspection equipment.\nA strong understanding of safe working practices in a manufacturing environment.\nThe ability to produce work to defined quality standards.\nThe ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\nA reliable, flexible and proactive approach to work.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nSelf-motivated with high levels of energy and commitment.\nStrong team-working skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.\nAbility to operate in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.\nProactive and action-oriented approach to work.\nDemonstrates integrity, honesty, and trust in all interactions.\nStrong drive for results and achievement of targets.\nPerseverance and resilience in overcoming challenges.\nThis above description is non-exhaustive and there may be additional duties in accordance with the role.\nWe reserve the right to enhance our selection criteria at the short-listing stage, if required.\nWhy Join Us\nWe are a global company, and our culture is defined by our Values - Integrity, Respect, Improvement, Servant Leadership, Courage, and Citizenship.
