The role\nwill play an integral part in liaising with and leading the other members of the\nQuality team to support delivery of high levels of customer satisfaction and\nachieving high quality standards throughout the factory.\nMain Duties & Responsibilities\nTo help develop and implement the quality management strategy in line with business standards.\nTo help develop and maintain systems to establish standards relating to activities and products.\nTo help develop and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards.\nTo monitor performance according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels.\nTo help establish and implement necessary communication strategies for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments.\nTo report as necessary on changes in standards (internally and externally initiated) and on performance against standards.\nTo assist with managing department performance against agreed targets through appraisal and review.\nTo liaise with customers and suppliers when required.\nExperience & Qualifications:\nExtensive experience & knowledge of Quality Management Systems\nExperience of manufacturing environments, including fabrication, paint and assembly.
