Review material availability, escalate shortages, and coordinate the execution of these assemblies and related back orders.\nWhat You'll Do\nPromote and maintain a safe and organized workplace\nReview Clear To Build data to help coordinate planned machine builds on the lines\nReleasing/rescheduling/completing related work orders ship/body kit assemblies\nCoordinate material availability to execute the kits for shipping, install, ship early, or parts sent to body vendors\nAssist in properly planning item attributes data in TMS\nEstablish material delivery planning and backflush locations TMS\nE-validation of kits picked and sent over by CLI\nManage bypass reports and order parts from CLI\nAnalyzes material flow problems, determines causes, put corrective actions in place - proper station coding, 2 bin set up, mistake-proof the order/distribution processes, etc.\nRequisitioning materials when applicable\nOpen back orders when appropriate\nMaintain/Audit/Improve Standard Work\nTrain and cross train other employees in materials processes\nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n1 to 3 years material inventory experience\nExcellent communication skills (verbal, written, computer and math)\nStrong Microsoft excel skills and computer systems aptitude\nUnderstand and support Company policies and procedures.\nCommitment to safety, quality and the principles of Lean Manufacturing.\nEnthusiasm for working “hands on” in a manufacturing environment\nDemonstrated analytical mindset and problem solving skills\nWhy Join Us\nWe are a global company, and our culture is defined by ourValues- Integrity, Respect, Improvement, Servant Leadership, Courage, and Citizenship.
