This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials that enable uninterrupted field and branch operations.\nThe Warehouse Manager partners closely with Parts, Service, and Branch Leadership to support operational continuity, customer satisfaction, and business performance while upholding Terex safety standards and values.\nKey Responsibilities\nSafety & Compliance\nLead and promote a strong safety culture aligned with Terex safety standards and OSHA requirements\n\nEnsure safe handling, storage, and transportation of all materials\n\nWarehouse & Inventory Operations\nOversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliation, and corrective action • Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support service and parts demand while controlling excess and obsolescence • Optimize warehouse layout, storage methods, and material flow to improve efficiency and space utilization • Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with carriers and internal stakeholders\nMaintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment\nLeadership & Team Management\nHire, train, coach, and develop warehouse team members\nEstablish clear expectations for safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork\nMonitor performance and provide timely feedback and accountability\nServe as an escalation point for warehouse-related issues affecting customers or internal teams\nContinuous Improvement & Business Support\nIdentify and implement process improvements using Lean and Terex Business System (TBS) principles\nTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and on-time shipping\nSupport audits, compliance reviews, and system improvements related to warehouse and inventory management\nPartner cross-functionally to improve customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\n3-5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations\nPrior Warehouse supervisory experience required\nWorking knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse operations\nAbility to lead teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field\nExperience supporting service, parts, or industrial/manufacturing operations\nFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office tools\nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements\nAbility to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to moving equipment and varying temperatures\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods\nOccasional extended hours may be required to support operational or inventory demands\nSalary: The compensation range for this position is $80,000-$90,000 annually.
