Therefore, we are looking for an Experienced Systems Engineer to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose - securing people through advanced technology.\nYour role as part of the team\nAs our new Systems Engineer, you will design, develop, document, test, and implement complex systems from concept to delivery. Working across the full value chain, you will translate customer needs into robust technical solutions, collaborate with national and international stakeholders, support the integration and verification of systems at customer sites, and act as a role model and a mentor for less experienced Systems Engineers.\nIn our team, we take pride in developing people and technology. Your key responsibilities include:\nPlan and coordinate systems engineering activities across projects in a large NATO program, including task estimation, delivery planning, and execution follow-up\nWork closely with software architects, developers, and data scientists to design, verify, and deliver robust technical solutions\nPrepare clear, user-friendly documentation and participate in testing, verification, and validation activities, including on-site testing in Denmark and other NATO countries\nTranslate customer requirements into practical, high-quality technical solutions by gathering needs through workshops and maintaining clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders\nContribute to team alignment by sharing knowledge and best practices with fellow systems engineers, while handling classified information in accordance with Danish and/or NATO security clearance requirements.\nBring your expertise into play\nTo thrive in this role, we imagine that you bring some of the following qualifications:\nA degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, combined with experience in system development, preferably within systems engineering \nExperience with technical planning, coordination, and test planning and execution \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex system challenges and develop practical solutions in collaboration with software development teams \nStrong communication, technical writing, and documentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively \nThe ability to work successfully in interdisciplinary teams and adapt to evolving project needs and priorities\nPreferred, but not required, qualifications:\nFamiliarity with INCOSE principles and the V-model\nExperience with AI and machine learning\nExposure to systems modelling or architectural frameworks.\nProject management experience\nFamiliarity with Linux operating systems and virtualization\nFamiliarity with programming or scripting languages such as Java or Python.\nMost importantly, we believe diverse experiences add value to our team and organization.
