You will drive production controlling activities, financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while partnering closely with both manufacturing and finance colleagues.\nYou will become part of a team of four dedicated colleagues who work closely together across sites. Your key responsibilities include:\nDrive production controlling activities, including analysis of performance, efficiency, and improvement opportunities within a highly specialized manufacturing environment\nAct as a key link between production and business functions, partnering with production managers and providing financial insights to management\nPerform variance analyses and financial impact assessments to support informed decision-making\nLead budgeting and forecasting activities related to production performance and operational metrics\nBuild strong stakeholder relationships across the factory and help translate financial and operational performance into actionable recommendations.\n\nBring your expertise into play\nTo thrive in this role, we imagine that you bring some of the following qualifications:\nYou hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accountancy, or a related field\nYou bring experience within finance, controlling, or a similar analytical role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment\nYou are skilled at stakeholder management and communicating financial insights to different audiences\nExperience with Power BI is an advantage but not a requirement.\n\nMost importantly, we believe diverse experiences add value to our team and organization; therefore, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all the above requirements.\nAs we are an international organization, it is important that you are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level.\n\nLet’s secure people through advanced technology\nWhen joining Terma, we promise that you will experience great people, challenging tasks, and opportunities to make an impact on your daily work.
