Therefore, we are looking for an Operator to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose - securing people through advanced technology. #LI-DNI\nYour role in our team\nAs our new Operator, you will be responsible for assembling electronic units and manufacturing advanced cable assemblies in a dynamic production environment. You will perform manual tasks requiring a high level of accuracy, consistent execution, and strong attention to detail.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to take an active part in your professional development, gradually strengthening your competencies through practical experience, formal training, and ongoing skills development.\nYou will become part of a dedicated Cable Production department of around 20 skilled operators who value teamwork, flexibility, and supportive working culture. Daily communication within the team takes place in Danish, while parts of the technical documentation and work instructions are provided in Danish or English.\n\nHow you will make a meaningful contribution\nYour key responsibilities include:\nManufacturing advanced cable assemblies with a high level of precision and accuracy\nAssemble electronic units in accordance with technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards\n\nBring your world class expertise into play\nYou are fluent in Danish both in writing and verbal at a professional level. English is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:\nWork confidently with IT systems, as all technical documentation and work instructions are managed electronically\nRelevant certification in personal safety when working with epoxy and isocyanates is preferred.\nSoldering experience and documented completion of a soldering course are an advantage.\n\nAs a person, you are flexible and responsible, with a strong focus on quality in your work. You adapt easily to changing tasks and are comfortable working both independently and in smaller teams. You bring energy, initiative, and a positive attitude, and you take an active role in developing your skills and knowledge.
