Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are looking for a new colleague who also possesses:\nA relevant educational background in leadership, with the ability to lead and develop teams, create direction, and ensure commitment\nA minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leadership within a production environment with solid understanding of manufacturing environments, including LEAN principles, quality, and production flow\nExperience in change management, driving and implementing improvements and changes in production\nStrong interdisciplinary collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders\nEmpathetic communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and create psychological safety within the team\n\nAs a person, you are structured, confident, and credible, inspiring trust and commitment in those around you.
