Therefore, we are looking for a Project Manager to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose - securing people through advanced technology.\nYour role as part of the team\nAs our new Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading strategic projects, customer delivery projects, and selected Transfer of Technology (ToT) initiatives. Acting as the link between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure alignment, progress, and successful project execution throughout the entire project lifecycle.\nYou will lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, supporting collaboration across engineering, production, supply chain, and commercial functions. Your key responsibilities include:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and end users, ensuring clear communication and keeping stakeholders informed throughout project execution\nLead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, driving effective collaboration and ensuring successful project delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets\nCreate alignment and commitment across stakeholders by proactively managing targets, uncertainties, and risks, and ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions \nSupport contract negotiations, pricing activities, business case calculations, and offset agreements\nTake ownership of Transfer of Technology (ToT) processes, maintaining and continuously developing them to support current and future business needs.\n\nBring your expertise into play\nTo thrive in this role, we imagine that you bring some of the following qualifications:\nYou hold a bachelor’s degree in Production, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline and have developed a solid technical foundation through relevant industry experience\nYou have pursued a project management career path and bring at least five years of project management experience in a technical environment\nYou possess a strong understanding of production processes for electronics and mechanics, as well as R&D processes and methodologies\nYou have a basic understanding of quality and configuration management within the Security & Defense industry\nExperience working in an international environment is an advantage, and you can navigate complex stakeholder and political landscapes while demonstrating curiosity and understanding of different cultures and behaviors.\n\nMost importantly, we believe diverse experiences add value to our team and organization.
