For further information, please visit www.terma.com.\nLocation: Warner Robins, Georgia\nThe Challenge:\nThe Regional Marketing Coordinator will support operations in Terma Inc’s North American region. This position will collaborate with colleagues in the region and internationally to support regional marketing activities.\nDuties:\nSupport marketing campaigns promoting specific products or solutions for multiple business areas in the region.\nArrange production of marketing collateral, including brochures, customer stories, graphics, white papers, web content, etc. for multiple business areas.\nRepresent and support the North American region in product launch teams.\nCompose content for Terma’s social media accounts as needed\nCoordinate participation at trade shows and other events within the region.\nSupport marketing and sales colleagues from time to time in other tasks such as developing presentations, communication, and ad hoc projects.\nDevelop and maintain a regular calendar of Terma Inc. internal communications.\nDraft, edit, and publish employee news, announcements, milestones, and organizational updates.\nCoordinate with U.S. leadership, HR, and functional teams to identify relevant internal stories.\nAssist with internal presentations, newsletters, collateral, signage, and employee communications.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Education and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 1 year experience working in marketing in a B2B/B2G context with Aerospace Defense industry experience preferred OR equivalent experience \nRequired Skills and Experience:\nExperience supporting and executing marketing plans and product launches\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong project management skills\nProficient user of MS Office\nGood coordinator with ability to build rapport at many levels of the organization\nCollaborative and a team player, yet with the ability to work independently\nUS Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance\nAbility to travel OCONUS & CONUS\nPreferred Skills and Experience:\nExperience with IFS\nExperience
