This role sits at the center of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership.\n\nResponsibilities\nRevenue Operations\n\nOwn CRM architecture ([HubSpot]), pipeline hygiene, and deal workflows as the single source of truth.\n\nBuild forecasting and pipeline reporting that leadership uses to make decisions.\n\nFind and fix leaks across the funnel, from first touch to closed deal.\n\nGTM Systems and Automation\n\nDesign and ship enrichment, scoring, and outreach workflows using Clay, n8n, Make, or similar tools.\n\nConnect the GTM stack so data moves cleanly between CRM, enrichment, and engagement tools.\n\nReplace manual research and data work with scalable, automated systems.\n\nPE Market Intelligence\n\nSegment PE firms by fund size, strategy, sector, and geography to prioritize accounts.\n\nMap buying committees across deal teams, finance, and portfolio operations.\n\nBuild signal-based prospecting from fundraises, new deals and debt maturities.\n\nTurn research into persona, channel, and messaging plays for Sales.\n\nRequirements\nMust Have\n\n[4 to 8] years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or GTM Operations in B2B SaaS.\n\nA track record of building GTM automations that are live and in use, not just planned.\n\nStrong CRM expertise in HubSpot or Salesforce.\n\nExperience applying AI tools or LLMs to real GTM workflows.\n\nSharp analytical thinking, with the ability to turn data into a clear recommendation.\n\nGood to Have\n\nSQL, Python or API skills.\n\nExperience selling into or researching private equity, private credit or financial
