Support the handling of contractual claims under the Supply and O&M Agreements.\nProcurement & Supplier Management: Support tendering and sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, and the development of portfolio-wide commercial agreements.\nStakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with technical, procurement, legal, insurance and finance teams, to ensure appropriate protection measures during contractual drafting and effective contract execution.\nOPEX Budgeting & Forecasting: Validate annual price escalations and monitor contractual expenditure, providing inputs to OPEX budgeting and forecasting.\nM&A Due Diligence & Integration: Review existing contracts for acquisition targets, assess commercial risks and future cost implications, support the M&A specialist within the O&M Dpt. during the completion of the investment deck, support the contract transition and integration post-acquisition.\nReporting: Prepare recurring and ad hoc contract management reports for internal stakeholders.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nAt least 3 years of experience in contract management, commercial management, procurement, or supplier management.\nExperience negotiating and managing complex OEM agreements, Long-Term Service Agreements, and specialist service contracts.\nDeep understanding of contract lifecycle management, commercial negotiations, claims, and contractual risk assessment.\nAbility to interpret contractual provisions and translate them into operational and financial implications.\nExperience in renewable energy, power generation, utilities is strongly preferred.\nStrong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.\nProfessional proficiency in English (written and spoken).\nGood knowledge of Excel and contract reporting
