TERNA ENERGY, a member of the MASDAR Group, is seeking: O&M Contract Manager Job Description The Jobholder is responsible for the commercial and contractual management of Operation & Maintenance contracts for renewable energy assets, ensuring that contractual obligations are fulfilled, commercial risks are controlled, and contracted services deliver the required operational and financial value. The role oversees the lifecycle of operational contracts, from contract review and negotiation support through execution, renewals, variations, claim resolution, and performance monitoring across the O&M portfolio. The role also contributes to OPEX forecasting and M&A due diligence by assessing the commercial implications of existing and proposed contracts.
