The role involves managing project development and permitting activities, evaluating investment opportunities, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the successful implementation of the Company's growth strategy.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and support the development of Renewable Energy and Environmental Technology projects in Greece and international markets.\nMonitor and manage permitting processes, development studies, and project-related procurement activities.\nParticipate in the evaluation of new investment opportunities and due diligence processes in collaboration with relevant internal departments.\nSupport the preparation, negotiation, review, and administration of agreements with third parties related to project development activities.\nMaintain and update project databases, development schedules, and progress tracking tools.\nSupport the Company's participation in tenders, auctions, and other competitive processes.\nContribute to project budget preparation and monitoring of development expenditures.\nAssist in the preparation of business plans and development strategies for the Company's project portfolio.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, public authorities, and business partners.\nEnsure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.\nContribute to the identification, assessment, and maintenance of project risk registers.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.\nAt least 5 years of experience in the development, construction, or engineering of energy projects.\nGood understanding of renewable energy project development and permitting processes.\nExcellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
