The role helps ensure the technical quality of implemented solutions, compliance with project timelines and standards, and effective coordination among the various functions involved to achieve project objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport engineering and design activities, contributing to the definition of technical solutions and the preparation of related documentation.\nMonitor project progress, supporting the management of schedules, costs, risks and technical aspects.\nReview and manage project technical documentation, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the different project phases.\nSupport testing, commissioning and start-up activities for the plants and infrastructure within the assigned scope.\nContribute to the preparation of technical specifications and provide technical support during procurement and project execution phases.\nRequired Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related disciplines.\nKnowledge of project engineering principles and the main phases involved in the development of infrastructure and industrial projects.\nGood command of the English language.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with engineering design and technical modelling tools.\nAvailability to travel nationally and internationally.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAcademic or professional experience in the design, development or implementation of infrastructure or industrial facilities.\nKnowledge of CAD, GIS or engineering simulation and modelling software.\nKnowledge of project management methodologies applied to engineering environments.\nCompensation Information\nIn accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 96/2026, the Company discloses the information relating to the initial compensation foreseen for the position.\nThe initial gross annual salary, not lower than € 38.145,83 , is determined based on the level of responsibility and the competencies required, according to objective, verifiable, and gender-neutral criteria, and in line with the applicable National Collective Agreement (CCNL).\nAny remuneration above the indicated minimum threshold shall be granted exclusively on the basis of additional, objectively verifiable elements, such as, by way of example:\nrelevant and qualified professional experience;\nspecific technical or managerial competencies;\nlevel of autonomy and responsibility effectively required by the role.\nThese elements are applied according to transparent and non-discriminatory criteria, in compliance with the principle of equal pay for equal work or work of equal value.\nFor those who work with us:\nHealth and future -
