The role provides an integrated view of project progress, enabling effective decision-making, operational efficiency, and the continuous improvement of organizational performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor the progress of complex programs and projects, overseeing timelines, activities, risks, and dependencies to ensure the achievement of objectives.\nAnalyze processes and operational workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and organizational performance.\nManage the coordination of cross-functional activities and related information flows, ensuring alignment among the various functions involved.\nEnsure the correct application of governance procedures within the assigned scope, guaranteeing compliance with corporate procedures and regulatory requirements.\nPrepare management reports, dashboards, and executive documentation to support decision-making processes.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience in coordinating or managing projects, programs, or cross-functional initiatives within complex organizational environments.\nAbility to analyze processes and data to support performance monitoring and identify improvement opportunities.\nKnowledge of Project and Program Management methodologies and tools.\nGood command of the English language.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).\nExperience in preparing management reporting and performance-monitoring dashboards.\nKnowledge of digital tools supporting PMO activities.\nExperience in coordinating stakeholders across different business functions.\nKnowledge of organizational transformation and continuous improvement processes.\nCompensation Information\nIn accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 96/2026, the Company discloses the information relating to the initial compensation foreseen for the position.\nThe initial gross annual salary, not lower than € 40.050,67, is determined based on the level of responsibility and the competencies required, according to objective, verifiable, and gender-neutral criteria, and in line with the applicable National Collective Agreement (CCNL).\nAny remuneration above the indicated minimum threshold shall be granted exclusively on the basis of additional, objectively verifiable elements, such as, by way of example:\nrelevant and qualified professional experience;\nspecific technical or managerial competencies;\nlevel of autonomy and responsibility effectively required by the role.\nThese elements are applied according to transparent and non-discriminatory criteria, in compliance with the principle of equal pay for equal work or work of equal value.\nFor those who work with us:\nHealth and future -
