You review every change and make the final call.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn the web console end to end, from interaction design to production React and TypeScript.\n\nOwn the mobile app. iOS ships first in SwiftUI on a shared Kotlin Multiplatform core. Android follows in Jetpack Compose on the same core.\n\nOwn offline use, critical alerts and device security on mobile.\n\nBuild calm, fast screens for people under pressure - on night shift, often in gloves.\n\nMake live data easy to act on. A new user gets it right the first time.\n\nBuild and change the APIs your screens need, with our platform and ML engineers.\n\nOwn mobile CI, builds and releases.\n\nDo a two-week field tour as a forward-deployed engineer. Bring what you learn back to the team.\n\nWhat you bring\nProduction apps you shipped and owned on web and mobile. Show us the work.\n\nStrong React and TypeScript, including real-time, data-dense screens.\n\nNative iOS in Swift and SwiftUI.\n\nProduction Kotlin. Kotlin Multiplatform and Jetpack Compose are a plus.\n\nOffline-first data and sync on mobile, including conflict handling.\n\nMaps and live video in production apps.\n\nAccessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA.\n\nDesign taste. You make complex things simple for non-technical users.\n\nDaily, fluent use of AI coding agents. You'll show us your real workflow in the interview.\n\nOwnership. You find problems and fix them.\n\nU.S. citizenship. Government and critical infrastructure work in this role requires it.\n\nGreater Seattle area, in person. The founding team builds together.\n\nNice to have: security or public-safety software.\nThe team\nFounders with deep security and operations backgrounds lead the company. You join a small, senior engineering team with platform, ML and security systems experience.\nPay and benefits\n$170,000-$220,000 base salary, set by depth of experience, plus founding equity.
