The ideal candidate is a motivated, visionary professional with a desire to play a pivotal role in shaping our local and corporate growth strategies. You will have the freedom and autonomy to develop your own practice area within Terraphase by leveraging our cutting-edge operational, managerial, and technical resources across the company and carve out a niche that aligns with your passion and expertise.\nYour role will include direct access to and meaningful collaboration with our Leadership Team to create a supportive environment where your staff can continuously develop and thrive within the environmental industry.\nThe Role\nDirect and manage site investigation and remediation projects compliant with MA regulations;\nProvide LSP certification for MCP projects;\nProvide technical and project management leadership for projects across the nation;\nLead and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients;\nClient management\nProject management\nIdentify and recruit key staff for growth;\nIdentify and implement growth strategies;\nPrepare project cost proposals and other deliverables;\nLead national RFP responses.\n Who You Are\nLSP Certification\nHold an advanced degree in Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or a similar field.\n15+ years of experience in the Environmental industry\nState and federal-level regulatory expertise is required.\nDemonstrate strong written, verbal, computer, and interpersonal skills\nEstablished knowledge of the consulting field, with geographic knowledge of clientele and environmental consulting industry.\nPrior project management experience, business development skills, experience with state and federal environmental regulations/agencies, and a strong relationship with industrial and commercial clients are required.\nPer- and Polyfluorinated Substances (PFAS) experience preferred\n\nCompensation for this position is based on years of experience, technical expertise, technical education, and geographic location.\nPay Range\n$145,000—$200,000 USD\nWho We Are\nWe are an environmental consulting company that offers cost-effective solutions to complex environmental and engineering challenges.
