This is a senior, hands-on role reporting directly to the Head of UX. You will lead major initiatives, mentor other designers, and help maintain our design system and UX standards.\nYour initial work will focus on enterprise security products that identify cryptographic risk and help security teams prioritize remediation. Later work will include optimization software for warehouse operations and customer-facing machine-learning solutions for areas such as predictive maintenance and production forecasting.\nThe role requires strong qualitative research, systems thinking, information architecture, and interaction design. You will participate in Product-led ideation and event storming sessions, conduct user interviews, contribute to surveys, and work closely with Engineering on integration, permissions, data, and implementation constraints.\nSome projects require polished interfaces for demonstrations and executive communication. Production solutions often need to fit into systems customers already use. The design problems therefore extend beyond screens to how complex technical capabilities fit into real enterprise workflows. You will help determine when a new interface adds value and when an integration, embedded workflow, or administrative surface is the better solution.\nQualifications\nRequired\n7+ years of professional experience in UX, interaction design, product design, or a closely related field.\nPortfolio evidence showing research, information architecture, interaction design, and the reasoning behind major design decisions.\nDirect experience conducting qualitative user research, including interviews and usability studies.\nExperience designing complex enterprise, industrial, scientific, security, or other data-intensive software.\nExperience translating research findings into workflows, information architecture, interaction models, prototypes, or product recommendations.\nExperience working directly with Product and Engineering throughout discovery, design, and implementation.\nExperience mentoring designers or leading design critique.\nDesired\nExperience with enterprise security, identity, access control, or data governance products.\nExperience with ERP, warehouse-management, logistics, or other operational enterprise systems.\nExperience designing products that integrate into existing customer platforms rather than operate only as standalone applications.\nExperience with optimization, machine learning, analytics, or decision-support software.\nExperience maintaining or contributing to a design system.\nExperience with accessibility standards and inclusive design.\nExperience working in distributed or research-driven technical organizations.\nResponsibilities\nOverall\nLead UX research and design for complex enterprise software initiatives.\nTranslate research into information architecture, workflows, interaction models, prototypes, and design recommendations.\nParticipate in Product-led discovery, ideation, and event storming activities.\nWork closely with Engineering on data, permissions, integrations, and implementation constraints.\nDetermine when a capability needs a new interface and when an embedded workflow or integration better fits the customer environment.\nMentor designers and contribute to design critique, standards, and design-system stewardship.\nReview implementation to ensure delivered experiences match the intended design.\n\nDay-to-day\nConduct customer and user interviews, usability studies, and workflow analysis.\nSynthesize research into design decisions, prototypes, and specifications.\nJoin Product-led discovery, ideation, and event-storming sessions.\nReview workflows, permissions, data requirements, and integration constraints with Engineering.\nCreate and review interaction designs and production-ready interface designs.\nParticipate in design critique and maintain consistency with the company design system.\nReview implemented work with engineers and resolve design issues during delivery.\n\nThe Rewards \nWe are an international team of quantum technology experts and dedicated business creatives that are working to bring quantum-enabled solutions to the global market.
