Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation while helping evolve Terra's design system. \nUse modern AI tools throughout your design workflow to accelerate ideation, prototyping, content creation, and design quality. \nRequirements\n3+ years of experience as a Product Designer building B2B products.\nProven experience designing complex products from concept to launch.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating outstanding UX thinking, interaction design, visual design, and end-to-end product ownership.\nExpert-level proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.\nExperience building and maintaining design system components: defining variants, states, and tokens, and refactoring existing components without breaking what depends on them. You think about a component the way an engineer thinks about an API.\nHands-on experience using AI tools as an integral part of your daily product design workflow.\nExperience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.\nStrong systems thinking, problem-solving skills, and exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.\nSelf-driven, highly collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.\nPassion for making high-density, expert-level interfaces feel clear and fast.\nNice to have:\nExperience designing products for technical users, developers, cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, or cybersecurity products. Our domain is dense, from findings and severity to CVSS, attack surface, and remediation flows, and prior exposure shortens ramp-up considerably.\nExperience designing AI or agentic products: representing uncertainty, provenance, and confidence, and building human-in-the-loop gates people actually trust.\nComfortable working in code.
