for \n5+ years in a Sys Admin / DevOps / Platform role \n\nSolid hands-on experience with Azure and running production workloads on AKS \n\nGood knowledge of Kubernetes (Helm, ingress, networking, RBAC) \n\nStrong experience with Docker (writing efficient Dockerfiles, multi-stage builds, image security) \n\nHands-on experience with Terraform (modules, state management, workspaces) \n\nExperience building CI/CD workflows in GitHub Actions \n\nBasic Microsoft administration skills, including Microsoft Entra ID (users and groups, RBAC, app registrations, service principals, managed identities) \n\nScripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) \n\nA pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset \n\nNice to have \nGitOps tools (Argo CD / Flux) \n\n  • Experience with service mesh,
