Reporting to the Director, Facilities, the Culinary Coordinator will provide day-to-day tasks around snacks, food, and drinks, and be responsible for ordering, picking up, and delivering items to the kitchens, conference rooms, and other areas.\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\nMaintain all kitchens by stocking, sanitizing, and keeping them completely stocked with food, drinks, snacks, and supplies. Assisting in any custodial needs inside the Kitchen spaces as needed.\nMaintain, organize, and inventory food and beverage supply rooms\nPurchase and deliver provisions\nMaintain proper food handling requirements\nHandle food and beverage needs for special events and meetings from start to finish\nStock and organize conference rooms\nKeep stock at proper levels, increase or decrease as needed\nProvide professional and courteous interaction with employees and guests\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\nHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED)\nTravel between office locations within proximity\nValid driver’s license required\nExcellent communication skills\nAbility to read and write English\nHigh level of accuracy is required, with particular attention to details\nMaintain an upbeat attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile\nAbility to follow instructions independently, with little or no supervision\nThe position requires a dependable individual; whose daily presence is needed to ensure daily needs are met\nAbility to work weekends as needed\nPreferred Hospitality or Waitstaff experience\nU.S. Person or lawful permanent resident to comply with U.S. government space technology export regulations\nYour actual level and base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary based on the job-related qualification, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
