The position serves as the primary escalation point for FX operations and collaborates closely with Treasury, Finance, Operations, Product, Network, Banking Partners, and Management teams.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. FX Trading & Pricing Management\nManage FX pricing strategies across corridors and currencies.\nOversee deal-based, time-based, and streaming FX models.\nApprove high-value and sensitive FX trades.\nMonitor FX market movements and recommend pricing adjustments.\nEnsure competitiveness while maintaining target margins.\nReview corridor profitability and optimization opportunities.\n2. Treasury & Liquidity Management\nManage global liquidity positions and funding requirements.\nOversee prefunding arrangements with partners and banks.\nEnsure optimal utilization of credit lines and nostro accounts.\nMonitor funding gaps and recommend corrective actions.\nDrive liquidity optimization initiatives.\n3. Revenue & Profitability Management\nTrack FX revenue, spreads, and corridor profitability.\nReview partner-wise profitability considering: FX Revenue, Transaction fee Revenue, Transaction Volumes and Credit utilization.\nIdentify underperforming corridors and improvement opportunities.\nPresent profitability insights to management.\n4. Team Leadership\nLead, coach, and develop Forex Analysts.\nDefine team objectives and performance standards.\nAllocate responsibilities and ensure operational coverage.\nConduct regular reviews and training sessions.\nDrive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.\n5. Risk Management & Controls\nMonitor FX exposure and liquidity risks.\nEnsure adherence to treasury policies and approved limits.\nOversee implementation of control frameworks and audit recommendations.\nSupport regulatory and compliance requirements.\n6. Partner & Banking Relationship Management\nEngage with banking partners, liquidity providers, and payout partners.\nNegotiate pricing, liquidity, funding, and credit arrangements.\nParticipate in partner onboarding and commercial discussions.\nAct as escalation point for critical settlement and funding issues.\n7. Reporting & Management Information\nReview daily treasury and FX reports.\nPrepare management dashboards covering: FX Revenue, Volumes, Liquidity positions etc\nPresent business insights and recommendations to senior management.\n8.
