Hazardous building materials inspection experience is a plus. You will independently manage projects, support diverse client needs, and apply your technical expertise to solve complex environmental challenges across soil and groundwater systems. \nThe Role \nLead and manage due diligence, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and remediation implementation projects. \nLead and manage hazardous building material surveys for lead and asbestos. \nCoordinate field efforts, subcontractors, and internal technical teams. \nEnsure deliverables meet regulatory standards (RCRA, CERCLA, MTCA). \nMaintain quality communication with clients, regulators, and stakeholders. \nOversee financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation \nWho You Are \n5-10 years of environmental consulting experience. \nWashington LG (LHG a plus) \nAHERA Building Inspector-WA (Preferred) \nLead Inspector-WA (Preferred) \nStrong technical writing and verbal communication skills \nExperienced in site characterization, environmental due-diligence and remediation \nProven project diversity across industrial, commercial, and private development sectors \nCompensation for this position is based on years of experience, technical expertise, technical education, and geographic location.\nPay Range\n$90,000—$120,000 USD\nWho We Are\nWe are an environmental consulting company that offers cost-effective solutions to complex environmental and engineering challenges.
