The successful candidate must have demonstrated proficiency in P6, MS Project, or other scheduling software. Additionally, the candidate must have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with a high volume of interruptions, develop and progress the schedule, integrate and validate teaming partners and subcontractor updates, communicate at a high level and report schedule trends and metrics. This Project Management position reports and is assigned to the Principal Project Manager - TPI.\nResponsibilities: \nDevelop and maintain an integrated baseline lifecycle schedule for ongoing cGMP and radiochemistry projects.\nRegularly update and provide weekly progress reports, layouts, and publication of the master schedule.\nIdentify and communicate variances from the original plan and weekly baseline snapshots.\nEvaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.\nAnalyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of progress changes to schedule and recommend solutions to ensure baseline key milestones are achieved.\nSupport project software administration functions to ensure EPPM data, global code fields, baseline copies and data interface to other applications are maintained properly.\nAssist with the facilitation of project review meetings, and project planning support as assigned and actively interact with project team members.\nAssist and interact with project management team members in continual improvement of schedule project controls metrics and other performance indicators.\nExperience in MS Power BI Service, Oracle BI, or other data analytics platforms.\nExperience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and JIRA a bonus.\nExperience using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project Online.\nKey Qualifications and Skills \nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent technical field preferred.\nPSP or AACE certificate is preferred.\nMinimum of four years of project scheduling experience, preferably including work in R&D, engineering, chemistry and/or a related field.\nProficiency in Primavera P6 EPPM application.\nMS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project.\nStrong analytical/problem solving skills, creative thinker.\nExceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nProven ability to work independently with little or no supervision.\nAbility to recognize needs and exercise good judgment in how and when to take initiative to accomplish tasks.\nThe successful candidate will deliver on the mission with a high degree of trustworthiness and integrity, communicate openly and display respect and a desire to foster teamwork\nActual position starting level and title will be determined based on assessment of qualifications.\nJob Functions:\nJob Functions are physical actions and/or working conditions associated with the position.
